Imagine a floating stained glass window backlit by an LED matrix that you can control. Ambient Luxury allows you to chose between some soothing patterns that make the glass dance with luminous delight. The piece is also accompanied by a small speaker playing some of ambient music’s greatest hits like Music for Airports.

Liminal is many things. He is an attorney, artist, licensed massage therapist, former professional golfer, and has spent the last 21 years learning how to live with bipolar disorder. This piece is a chance for him to reflect back upon his prior stained glass work for Flipside in 2018. This was during a long lull between symptoms when everything felt possible. Much has happened since then. I’ve built up and burnt down my life multiple times. With each piece of broken glass, I will focus on the non-linear nature of time. I have also done a refresh on my 2018 piece so we can show them both together.
