Getting and Giving: How it all works!
What we fund
Ignition Philter is organized primarily to raise funds for projects intended to be experienced at Burning Flipside.
Ignition Filter generally awards art grants up to $575 per piece. A team may apply for more than one grant if the pieces can be viable separately and if different people will accept the award.
The funds can be used for materials and supplies and anything it takes to get the art made. We ask that artists cover their own ticket, camping gear, and other personal expenses. We will allow consider art car funding if the mutant vehicle will transport the general Pyropolis public.
Being awarded an Ignition Philter art grant does not guarantee you entry into the event. Artists must still complete the Burning Flipside ticket acquisition process, and follow all applicable entrance rules.
