Interactive cooking class. 5 participants will prepare and cook evening meal, learning authentic camp cooking in Dutch Ovens while another 75 participants watch and learn. This class takes about one hour a day and yields meal for about 100 participants. Very fast moving class to teach participants how to cook any dish without a modern kitchen.
