SAM Needs Brain Surgery

Details: An improved upgrade for a robot head on SAM a robot art car.

 Does the piece incorporate flame effects, moveable pieces, and/or is it climbable?

Maybe. Well technically the art car does carry people, so they climb into the vehicle but of course we do not allow passengers to climb into the head. Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving. The art car does move, so it is mobile art.
