Art Description: Dr. Algebrax’s Mind-Meld Machine is a 20′ geodesic dome adorned with a luminescent macramé cover. The dome acts as its own stand-alone piece, but additionally serves as a curated gallery space for three other collaborative installations.

About the Artist: Ruthie’s vivid sculpture and installation art seeks to collapse the distance between urban living and the natural world, merging them by way of whimsy. Each piece draws from nature’s geometry as well as its organic and dynamic flow, all within the context of everyday objects. Taken together, they suggest a complete environment, a world where human beings become one with their surroundings, participating in a shared space that re-cycles resources and transforms ordinary life into a psychedelic wonderland.
